Are you passionate about energy markets and eager to apply your analytical skills in a dynamic environment? As an intern in Energy Market Analysis, you'll support our analysts with research, data analytics, tool development, and presentation preparation—adapting to diverse client needs.
What you will do:
- You will support the analysts in day-to-day and in ad-hoc activities such as conducting research and data analytics, develop tools and prepare marketing materials
- You will work along with traders and originators
- You’re work will not only focus on power markets, but also on coal, gas, oil etc.
- You will learn and gain experience in a supportive team environment
What you bring & who you are:
- Enrolled in a Master's (or higher) in Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Finance, or Engineering
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with a structured approach to problem-solving
- Basic knowledge of statistical modeling and proficiency in coding (Python, R, SQL)
- Good understanding of electricity market fundamentals and price formation
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
