Your team
Group Corporate Communications is part of Corporate Functions (which include the Group’s non-banking activities). You will be joining the Employee Communications team, where you will inform and engage the Pictet community and ultimately be the voice of employees for employees.
Our graduate programmes are intended for recent graduates. As part of this programme in Group Corporate Communications, you will develop the technical and interpersonal skills needed for your future career at Pictet and have the opportunity to build a network of peers within the company.
We offer you a permanent position starting with a unique 18-month programme during which you will rotate through different teams.
At the end of the programme, you will be ready to take full ownership of a position in our Employee Communications team. The position is based at the Pictet Group headquarters in Geneva.
Your role
You will gain a comprehensive overview of the work of Pictet’s Group Corporate Communications department, including branding, advertising, internal communications, photography and video, digital, social media and corporate publications and work with various business line marketing teams.
You will have the opportunity to develop solid writing and editing skills, and also learn to manage communications projects that will have an impact both within and outside Pictet (clients and other stakeholders).
Through the graduate programme, you will develop solid skills and acquire the expertise needed to perform competitive analyses and to write and edit corporate content (e.g. interviews, content for the website, social media, texts for corporate publications).
In parallel, you will lead projects aimed at identifying the needs of our business partners – mainly in Geneva, London and Hong Kong – in order to optimise and feed existing communications platforms but also to develop new communications platforms, such as the Group intranet
