We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Migration to lead the B2B Migration Team. This role is critical in managing transitions driven by product lifecycle, changes in access & technology and Up- and Cross Selling, to ensure growth and a seamless experience for customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams to deliver successful migration outcomes.
Tasks:
- Team Leadership & Management: Leading and managing the B2B Migration Team to ensure effective execution of migration strategies.
- Project Leadership: Develop and execute detailed migration plans with internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution and fulfilling migration goals.
- Coordination & Readiness: Coordinate readiness with product, IT, and customer care teams for smooth migrations, acting as the primary contact for B2B migration projects.
- Customer Communication Strategy: Design and implement customer communication strategies to ensure effective migration, addressing specific customer needs and maximizing satisfaction.
- Team Enablement & Oversight: Ensure all teams receive necessary training, documentation, and manage migration data accurately and securely.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage risks associated with migration projects, developing and implementing mitigation plans, and monitoring project risks continuously.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track progress against migration timelines, ensuring milestones are met and roadblocks are addressed promptly. Conduct thorough post-migration reviews to assess project success, identify lessons learned, and recommend improvements for future initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in project management, migration management, or a similar role, ideally within a B2B or telecom environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects with a focus on timelines and deliverables.
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving and risk mitigation.
- Fluent in German and English, French and or Italian is a plus.
