Your team
The Technology & Operations division supports Wealth Management, Asset Management and Asset Servicing with regard to technological infrastructure, custodian activities and funds administration. The Investment Reporting & Support team within this division is part of the Reporting Services unit which provides a broad range of reporting services and regulatory reporting.
Your team provides consolidated asset reporting services to clients of the Bank.

Your role
As a member of the Investment Reporting & Support team, you are responsible for the production of consolidated asset statements. You actively participate in quality control processes and also contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Your main responsibilities are as follows:
- Produce and ensure quality of specific client reports
- Capture clients’ transactions for assets held externally
- Perform data reconciliations
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with the Tech team
- Contribute to projects to improve/streamline/automate work processes and services
- Update procedures and documentation related to the activity
- Provide support for internal queries
Your profile
Hard skills
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office and experience with Access, SQL or VBA
- Good knowledge of financial products
- Practical experience in the production/quality control of banking reports an asset
- Good knowledge of Avaloq an asset
- Excellent command of French and English

Qualifications
- University degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field, or equivalent in work experience in the finance industry
- Must be a resident in Switzerland.
