Your team
Corporate Functions includes the Group’s non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units, and include Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Corporate Office, Risk and Tax departments.
The Risk & Compliance functions face constant pressure in terms of efficiency. Nowadays, artificial intelligence (AI) is a key element for the future development of Risk & Compliance activities. Our vision is to facilitate and enhance Risk & Compliance professions through AI and underlying data. You will join Risk & Compliance Data Office team, working on risk and compliance AI projects.
Our graduate programmes are intended for recent graduates. As part of this programme in Risk & Compliance Management department, you will not only develop the technical and interpersonal skills needed in your future career at Pictet but also be given the opportunity to build a network of peers within the company.
We offer you a permanent position starting with a unique 18-month programme during which you will rotate through different teams.
At the end of the programme you will be ready to take full ownership of a position in our Risk & Compliance Data Office team.
Your role
You will manage and implement concrete AI Risk & Compliance projects in collaboration with the Tech & Ops division. Acting as a business analyst with a focus on Risk & Compliance and expertise in AI, you will translate business needs into AI specifications for Tech & Ops. Additionally, you will configure our tools and provide a critical perspective on the implemented tools and approaches to enhance the system.
Your profile
• Master’s degree in Engineering with knowledge in AI and Business Analysis.
• Proficient user of standard office IT applications (PowerPoint and Excel), as well as BI tools (e.g. Tableau Alteryx or equivalent).
• Strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Solution oriented.
• Interest in the wealth management industry, particularly in risk and control activities.
• Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken.
• The successful candidate must be resident in Switzerland.
Start date: 1 September or 1 October 2025.
