Our requirements

• Previous experience in a similar position in the hotel or cleaning industry is an advantage
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and diligently, even without direct supervision
• Strong English skills to communicate effectively with colleagues and reception; additional languages are a plus
• Capability to work in a structured and efficient manner in a night shift environment
• High sense of responsibility and discretion when working in guest and hotel areas
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow hotel standards precisely
• Willingness to work night and weekend shifts, with potential overtime during peak seasons
• Physically fit and committed to meeting the demands of the role

Key Responsibilities

• Performing general cleaning tasks during the night, including the cleaning of public areas, corridors, restaurants, and guest rooms if required
• Handling and distributing laundry as well as restocking cleaning and consumable supplies
• Following detailed instructions and hotel standards to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene
• Ensuring a professional and discreet working approach to avoid disturbing guests during the night
• Collaborating with the night team and communicating with reception to ensure smooth operations
• Maintaining a neat personal appearance and wearing a well-kept uniform
• Punctuality, flexibility, and good time management are required to meet the demands of the night shift
• Willingness to work night and weekend shifts; overtime may be required during peak seasons
• High level of self-responsibility and commitment to maintaining hotel cleanliness standards at night

About the position

• Career Growth Opportunities: Internal exams after 12-16 weeks to specialize in positions such as Room Attendant, Laundry Attendant, and more

• Working Hours: 43.5h/ week; Shifts include early mornings and nights, with overtime as required
• Fair Compensation: A time management system ensures accurate payment for overtime and unused vacation days
• Accommodation and Meals: Simple accommodations in the region and three meals a day (deduction applies)
