The PWM Investment Marketing & Communication team coordinates, oversees and implements all investment marketing and communication activities, partnering with Pictet stakeholders to showcase our distinctive positioning, thought leadership, and product offerings and to deliver a superior PWM client experience.
You will join an agile and dynamic team at the heart of the Investment Platform for a leading Swiss private bank as we forge ahead with our drive to create value for our clients. You will create and curate content aimed at clients, prospective clients, and colleagues from across the Pictet Group, producing text in English of the highest quality that engages and resonates with our readers while constantly looking for new ways to enhance our publications.
As part of the Investment Marketing & Communication team within Pictet Wealth Management, and reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving product marketing communication, positioning and messaging for our wealth management solutions and products.
The role requires a deep understanding of investment products, financial advisory services and the needs of high-net-worth clients. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with product management, investment solutions, sales management, investment specialists and the CIO office to develop compelling marketing materials that drive engagement and business growth.
Your role
- Develop marketing material for new and existing wealth management products and services.
- Define value propositions and messaging tailored to financial advisors and high-net-worth clients.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop marketing assets that align with the needs of sales teams and clients.
- Drive strategic projects which aim to redefine existing marketing operating models and processes.
- Perform specific ongoing tasks to maintain recurrent documents up to date.
- Coordinate investment webinars.
- Analyse clients’ feedback and market trends to optimize marketing initiatives.
- Conduct competitive analysis to differentiate our offerings in the marketplace.
Your profile
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in wealth management, asset management or financial services.
- Languages: Fluent English and French (written and verbal); any other language considered as an asset.
- Excellent command of Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Knowledge of other tools that enable successful marketing communication is considered as a strong asset.
- Industry knowledge: Solid understanding of investment products, advisory services and the wealth management landscape.
- Marketing expertise: Proficiency in marketing, content development and sales enablement strategies preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business or a related field.
- Outstanding organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
- Collaboration: Strong team player with a proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, compliance and creative teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
