For our growing Facility Management organization at a client the Life Science industry in Schachen (LU) we are looking for a:
Regional Reliability Engineer
About the Role:
As a CBRE Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Assets are being maintained in a compliant state and that the appropriate maintenance is being applied based on Asset Criticality. As part of this role there is a strong emphasis on ensuring that CMMS Data is accurate and reliable.
Your main tasks:
- Conduct Asset Surveys to accurately document the Assets under CBRE Control and their condition.
- Become the SME for CBRE's Life Cycle Asset Management Program.
- Work closely with the Client to obtain necessary approvals for change to ensure compliance with Client process, procedures and quality programs.
- Project manage the update of Site CMMS Systems to ensure that all maintainable Assets are detailed within the CMMS.
- Project manage the completion of Asset Importance Assessments in conjunction with CBRE Site Engineering Teams and Client.
- Lead FMEA Program on the High & Medium Importance Asset Types.
- Ensure Preventive Maintenance Plans are updated within CMMS to incorporate EMEA Outputs.
- Update training material and train site staff on new process and procedure if and where necessary.
- Perform RCA on Assets Identified as Bad Actors via their Maintenance History.
- Responsible for improving Planning and Scheduling performance across Sites.
- Ensure that the Risk Registers for each Site are in place and accurate.
- Work closely with the Site Engineering Teams to ensure that actual implementation of changes is happening in Operations.
- Work closely with Projects Team to ensure End of Life / In-Efficient Assets are identified and placed on a project road-map for replacement or refurbishment.
Your profile:
- Written & spoken fluency in German and English (Mandatory)
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Reliability Engineering (Desired). In lieu of a degree a solid background in Asset Care / Maintenance would be considered.
- Experience of Asset Surveys (Desired)
- Experience with CMMS Systems (Desired)
- Experience with either participating in, or leading FMEA / RCA Events (Desired)
- Data Driven & Detail Focused (Mandatory)
- Proficiency in standard office Tools like Excel, PowerPoint (Mandatory)
- Knowledge of Python, SQL and Tableau / Power BI whilst not needed, would be very useful (Desired)
- Ability to lead Meetings and guide discussions with both Site Engineering teams and Client. (Mandatory)
- Ability to travel up to 25% (Mandatory)
