What you do:
- Lead industrialization of new products and processes as technical project leader
- Define manufacturing requirements as subject matter expert for metal forming and composite manufacturing technologies
- Develop manufacturing concepts and ensure conformity to design requirements
- Perform feasibility analyses and implement improvements in production
- Provide support to production, supply chain and quality organizations
- Create manufacturing and process instructions
What you bring:
- University engineering degree or long experience as technician
- Experience in aerospace or mechanical industry
- Experience in coating and surface treatment technologies
- Knowledge of project management tools, 3D modelling tools and SAP system
- Team player with autonomous working methods and solution-oriented mindset
- Good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
