In this challenging role as a Azure Cloud Engineer (m/w/d) 80-100% in Zurich, you will be accountable for the following exciting responsibilities :
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the technical capabilities of our cloud operations team in Switzerland
- Build and maintain the cloud platform while also supporting multiple Azure solutions to meet business needs
- Collect and exchange best-practice knowledge among our international cloud teams
- Develop and maintain automation solutions to deploy platform and application workloads
- Monitor and manage technical escalations for cloud operations and identify new tools and practices to improve upon our cloud platform
Your Profile
- Not only are you curious and comfortable to adapt to new technologies, but you’re also a great learner with the ability to share your knowledge with your team members
- You are a certificated Azure Admin Associate (AZ-104) and Azure DevOps Expert (AZ-400), any additional certifications (cloud architecture, system administration, or development) are a great asset
- Over the course of your career, you have gained experience of automation and provisioning approaches, using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Bicep, Bash, PowerShell, Python, and C#
- In-depth knowledge of configuring and managing Windows and Linux environments, experience with infrastructure (databases, Active Directory, DNS, firewalls, networking) in Azure and on-premises data centres would be an advantage
- Knowledge of agile software development tools and methodologies
