Our client, a renowned global industrial company headquartered in the Zurich region, is seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join their dynamic team.
In this role, you will take charge of the half-year and year-end financial reports, ensuring the collection, processing, and presentation of accurate financial data. You will provide strategic, financial, and operational insights into the organization’s performance, offering valuable feedback to management and other stakeholders.
This position reports directly to the Head Group Reporting & Accounting and offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a dynamic, globally recognized company
Group Reporting & Accounting Manager 80-100% (incl. an attractive home office policy and benefits)
Your tasks
- Prepare accurate half-year and year-end financial statements
- Ensure reliable financial and management reporting through ERP systems, including updates to financial master data
- Drive compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, maintaining a robust control framework across all units
- Provide expert accounting guidance on complex transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and divestments
- Act as the primary contact for group audits, ensuring smooth processes and effective collaboration with auditors
- Promote teamwork, cooperation, and knowledge sharing across finance and related functions

Your profile
- Higher level degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration (i.e. Bachelor or Master) as well as a degree as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or similar coupled with a minimum of 3 years of experience post qualification experience
- International work experience obtained in a multinational company in the industrial sector would be an advantage
- Fluent in English – other languages are an advantage
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to deliver clear and concise guidance and instructions to subsidiaries, other Group functions and Business Areas
- Ability to be diplomatic and yet persistent
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships with personnel at all organizational levels and contributing to a team
