Your responsibility

• Risk assessment and premium calculation for technical objects worldwide
• Claims management from registering to settlement including legal proceedings
• Management of data and figures in our state-of-the-art IT systems
• Development of simple, clear, and innovative solutions for our global clients

• You will also take part in numerous cross-programme events/training courses and build up an internal network within the company
• Trainee duration: 01.09.2025 - 28.02.2027

Your qualification

• Completed degree in economy/business, engineering, legal or natural science
• Enthusiasm for technological developments and risk management
• Analytical thinking and willingness to work in an international environment
• Team orientation, communication skills, and initiative
• Fluent in English and good German skills. Additional languages will be an advantage
