About the job
We are looking for a Junior Customer Activation Manager to join our Customer Activation Team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the effective execution of brand and promotional campaigns, with a strong focus on content localization, segmentation, and campaign automation.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer activation, campaign management, and marketing automation, while working closely with cross-functional teams and leveraging tools like SAP Marketing Cloud.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support the end-to-end execution of localized marketing campaigns, including newsletters, SMS, MMS, and WhatsApp, ensuring accuracy across multiple markets
- Assist in campaign setup, automation, and segmentation in SAP Marketing Cloud, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
- Collaborate with internal teams and regional markets to adapt campaign content to local audiences while maintaining brand consistency
- Coordinate with external agencies to facilitate localization efforts and translation workflows.
- Leverage AI-powered translation tools to enhance efficiency and ensure linguistic consistency
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize engagement and conversion rates
- Maintain detailed documentation on localization processes and technical configurations for scalability and efficiency
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- 1-2 years of experience in campaign management, marketing operations, or digital marketing, ideally in an international setting
- Experience with email marketing, segmentation, automation, and campaign workflows, preferably using SAP Marketing Cloud (or similar marketing automation platforms)
- Strong understanding of content localization, including cultural nuances and regional adaptation
- Fluency in English
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured manner
- Familiarity with CRM systems, content management tools, and localization software is beneficial
- Proactive attitude, motivated, and capable of working independently in a dynamic and challenging environment
