For our team in Zurich, we are looking for a
Part-Time IT Support Student (On-Site)
Your main tasks:
- Troubleshoot common IT equipment issues, such as printers, scanners, Wi-Fi connectivity, TV screens, cabling.
- Assist with hardware setup and maintenance for workstations and office devices.
- Provide basic IT support to employees for routine technical issues.
- Support with meeting room setup (e.g., connectivity, display issues).
- Handle on-site IT tasks that require physical presence
- Collaborate with the remote IT Support team for more complex problems, ensuring smooth resolution.
Your competencies:
- Interest in IT, technology, or related fields (no formal IT experience required, but a plus) / Currently studying IT, engineering, or a related field, or strong interest in technology
- Experience with troubleshooting basic IT issues is a plus (printers, scanners, Wi-Fi, cabling).
- Proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Good communication skills in English (German is a plus but not required).
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with the remote IT team.
Work Schedule & Location:
- Expected workload: 4 hours per week on-site (exact schedule to be agreed upon).
- Working hours are between 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on weekdays.
