Responsibilities:

• Support the PMO team in day-to-day project management within defined constraints
• Assist in the full project lifecycle from initiation to execution, transition, and closure
• Track project status and coordinate the team to mitigate risks and issues
• Ensure compliance with corporate and industry standards
• Maintain the integrity of the project management tracking tool
• Proactively collaborate with functions to analyze data for upcoming country meetings and identify challenges
• Monitor task completion across workstreams and global functions
• Handle ad-hoc requests

Profile:

• University degree
• Advanced English skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Initial experience in project management, preferably in integration, finance, or process-related areas
• Experience in life sciences or commercial sectors is an advantage
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work flexibly and manage ambiguity
• Strong interpersonal skills
