For Siemens Smart Infrastructure (SI) we are looking for a Strategy Execution & Planning manager, responsible to work with our Vertical Leads and SI BU teams dedicated to Vertical Markets. Your key task is to ensure that the Vertical sales teams invest in line with their strategic priorities. You will support them to analyze opportunities, prepare investment decisions, break overall objectives into targets and monitor performance. In addition, you will support the proactive engagement with top customer executives with SI leaders.

Your new responsibilities
- Drive the strategic planning and investment planning process for SI Verticals (mid-term and annual budgets globally and in countries)
- Support the segmentation and GTM strategy development, with a focus on Food & Beverage and Life Science verticals
- Based on strategic analysis, develop proposals for investment into adjacent areas which provide profitable growth potential
- Support the implementation of vertical business strategies, with a focus on the Food & Beverage and Life Sciences verticals
- Track impact on results with Vertical Operating Review and other review meetings
- Further develop the Executive Relationship Program and drive the engagement with SI top customer executives
- Work closely with the SI Vertical leadership teams on implementation of change topics resulting from the Siemens Transformational Vertical Track
Your skills and talents
- Post-secondary degree in a technical field, business, business management, data science, finance or equivalent education and experience. An MBA is a plus
- Several years of experience in sales related roles (front end sales, sales management) and/or key account management and an excellent understanding of sales roles and sales processes
- Superior communication skills: You are fluent in English and can explain complex topic in an engageable way. Additional languages are welcome.
- Team player who delivers results on time and in high quality.
- Self-starter who can work independently, a creative thinker who derives insights from complex problems.
- A high level of initiative and flexibility; proactively solves problems – “hands-on mentality”
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills towards different collaborators and cultures
