Facilitating collaboration among team members to ensure the successful execution of product development projects.You ensure that products meet high-quality standards and regulatory requirements and implement quality control processes and addressing issues to maintain product excellence.You utilize project management methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor product development projects. This involves setting timelines, milestones, and key performance indicators to track progress.Furthermore, you are staying current with technological advancements in laboratory analytics and explore innovative solutions. You are encouraging a culture of innovation within the product development team to maintain a competitive edge.You identify potential risks and challenges in the product development process and develop mitigation strategies as well as proactively addressing issues to minimize disruptions.
