Product Management Consultant Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Management Consultant to join our team in Zürich. This pivotal role involves leading development initiatives within the Commodities and Agriculture sector.
This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and develop strategic product proposals that align with client needs in the Commodities & Derivatives or Agriculture domains and actively supporting pre-sales activities.

Responsibilities
- Help design and execute product management consulting services
- Work with senior business stakeholders to define the Product Vision and Roadmap and support it with initial market research
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities and challenges within the industry
- Develop and present business cases for new product initiatives, including financial projections and ROI analysis
- Work closely with the engineering and design teams to ensure that product specifications meet client requirements
- Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring iterative value delivery to customers and to business
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, helping them to maximize the value from our products and services while at the same time evolving our offerings using direct and indirect feedback
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities and adjust product strategies as needed
- Leverage relationships and networking to scale business growth
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in product management with strong focus on either Commodities & Derivatives or Agriculture industries
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful products in the specified domains
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Possessing strong relationships in the domain and capabilities to leverage those for contributing to business growth
- Consulting or client facing experience in building and executing digital strategies or in designing and delivering product/project coaching at scale
- Fluent English communication skills at a C1 level, German language skill is a significant advantage
Nice to have
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance issues in the Commodities & Derivatives or Agriculture sectors
- Additional certifications or trainings in product management or related fields
