Are you about to complete your master’s degree or have recently graduated? Are you ready to embark on a journey that combines passion for wealth management, ambition, and excellence?
Our Focus-Track Graduate Programme is an 18-month journey designed to unleash your full potential, offering three rotations, including an international assignment. This unique opportunity will immerse you in Julius Baer’s global network, provide hands-on experience, and lay the foundation for a thriving career in wealth management.
Your team
Join the Markets division and become part of the FX & Precious Metals Sales team in Geneva. Advise Relationship Managers (RMs) and Investment Advisors (IAs) on appropriate investment solutions and products with a focus on FX & PM solutions. You will also have the opportunity to work directly with some of Julius Baer’s most active FX and PM trading clients, providing a tailormade service for them.

YOUR CHALLENGE

Identify market opportunities and implement new investment ideas for our internal and external client base
-
Price and execute OTC and Structured products on FX and precious metals
-
Collect and filter relevant market news and distribute it in a client friendly way
-
Participation in desk meetings and calls to promote OTC and Structured Products
-
Support the creation of regular marketing materials for investment ideas
-
Handle daily business: booking of trades, after-sales service, and lifecycle management
-
Build relationships with Relationships Managers and Investment Advisors, to get to know their clients’ FX & PM needs and find ways to provide solutions / drive activity
YOUR PROFILE

Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in economics, banking, finance, marketing, Hotel Management School (graduation max. 12 months ago)

Initial practical experience in the financial industry and expertise in banking products and financial markets

Comfortable communicating face to face and on the phone in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and presentation skillsIndependent, resilient, and team-oriented personality

Entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with the willingness to take responsibility

Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth
-
A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning

Fluency in English and French, with additional languages being a plus
