Working with the Corporate HR Team, the successful candidate will provide MSC Cruises and Explora Journeys employees with an excellent administrative service, ensuring accuracy and reliability of the HR processes. They will participate also in ongoing HR projects and produce adhoc reports.
• Supports the team in administration activities (work permits, contracts and documentation, reporting, etc);
• Monitors employee’s attendance and produces reports on request;
• Supports the team in the onboarding process and preparation of induction sessions;
• Participates to HR projects and activities contributing to the improvement of HR processes.
• Masters or Bachelor's degree (or studying towards such degree) in Business Administration or HR Management ideally;
• Previous little experience in HR is an advantage;
• Excellent knowledge of English, good knowledge of French is an advantage;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
• Ability to work as part of team;
• Motivated and enthusiastic;
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills;
• Effective communication skills;
• Detail-oriented.
