We’re looking for someone who thrives on big-picture strategy and hands-on execution. In this role, you’ll shape project governance, align initiatives with business goals, and keep leadership in the loop with key insights. You’ll lead change management, engage stakeholders, and ensure smooth transitions across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project governance structures, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Provide senior leadership with regular updates, insights, and recommendations for course corrections or adjustments to project scope.
- Ensure all project deliverables are in line with the company’s long-term business goals, including cost efficiency, workforce optimization, and technology innovation.
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive change management strategy to support the successful adoption of new processes, systems, and structures.
- Manage and engage key stakeholders across departments, ensuring that all parts of the organization are aligned and invested in the transformation.
- Drive clear, consistent communication across the organization, ensuring stakeholders are informed of project progress and any potential changes.
- Oversee the financial tracking for the project, ensuring we have an accurate picture of the costs and savings.
- Identify and mitigate risks to the project, particularly in relation to technology adoption, workforce transitions, and cost management.
- Implement proactive strategies to resolve issues, manage project risks, and ensure that the project remains on schedule and within scope.
- Set clear performance metrics and provide guidance to ensure all team members contribute effectively to the project’s success.
- Foster a collaborative environment and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that best practices are applied throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies within the organization, especially as the project progresses.
- Leverage data and analytics to track project performance and assess the effectiveness of changes made.

- 8-10 years of overall experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). Project Management certification (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of strategic project management methodologies, frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), and governance best practices.
- Expertise in financial management, including project budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex risks and anticipate challenges in a transformative environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- English, fluent.
