MSC Cruises is seeking an experienced strategic sourcing professional to join our Global Procurement team based in Geneva, Switzerland.
• Drive strategic S2P procurement transformation initiatives within the organisation.
• Define a comprehensive global digital transformation strategy in line with the local leaders' vision and priorities.
• Coordinate change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition to digital processes and tools for our internal and external stakeholders.
• Showcase your leadership by working as a coach and collaborating with development teams, business partners, product owners, and maybe outside vendors to create a roadmap for achieving goals while maintaining an inclusive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement regulations and standards.
• Work closely with the program management teams globally to deploy a variety of processes, people and technology projects.
• Collaborate with internal and external technology stakeholders to ensure procurement strategies align with business objectives.

• Must have worked on a transformation project with the implementation of Ariba or Jagger suites.
• Can be effective in a constantly developing matrixed organisation with both complex and evolving technology and products.
• Outstanding organisational skills.
You will work under the supervision of the CPO and in cooperation with the Procurement Team and Business Partners and will be responsible to:
Align WW digital transformation vision across all stakeholders:
• Define a comprehensive global digital transformation strategy in line with the local leaders' vision and priorities Lead the Source to pay Project WW.
• Coordinate change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition to digital processes and tools for our internal and external stakeholders.
• Be a champion of change and value creating across both MSC brands and influence the procurement leaders across the global organisation.
We're seeking candidates with a strong bias for action and a drive for continuous improvement. If you're someone who thrives on challenges, adapts quickly to change, and isn't afraid to think outside the box, you'll fit right in.
• University degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or computer sciences.
• 10+ years of strong sourcing experience with a minimum of 3 years experience in a significant leadership global role in Procurement Excellence or Procurement Transformation role.
• Demonstrated analytical skills, data-driven decision making, and the ability to adjust plans based on insights amid ambiguity, complexity, and uncertainty.
• Strong organisational skills, able to work autonomously, prioritise, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Calm and resilient with a self-driving attitude.
• Must have worked on a transformation project with the implementation of Ariba or Jagger suites.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills, comfortable with stakeholder management in a matrix organisation.
• Perfect command of English (spoken and written). Fluency in other languages, with Italian and French being preferential ones, would be advantageous.
