Your Mission as a Consultant

In this role, you’ll be a key player in optimizing business processes and crafting tailor-made CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. You’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to build systems that elevate efficiency, sales, service, and marketing operations.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Analyze business processes and design innovative, customized CRM solutions
• Lead implementations and manage the ongoing development of Dynamics 365 CE environments
• Configure and adapt Dynamics 365 CE to fit client needs
• Co-create integration strategies with Solution Architects
• Deliver trainings and workshops to ensure successful adoption by key users and end users

What You Bring to the Table

• Several years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing or Customer Insights)
• Strong knowledge of Agile project methodologies and a passion for working in dynamic teams
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a big plus
• Structured, analytical, and precise working style
• Ability to translate complex systems into clear, client-friendly solutions
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
