Our all-in-one PCR solution delivers lab-quality results in under an hour, with minimal user input and no need for specialized infrastructure. Backed by strong research roots at ETH Zurich and strategic partnerships in the veterinary sector, we're on a mission to make high-quality diagnostics accessible anywhere in the world.
We're looking for a hands-on Hardware Engineer (mechanical / electrical) to join our growing team in Zürich and help build the next generation of diagnostic technology.
You'll be deeply involved in designing, prototyping, testing, and assembling our integrated diagnostic devices and cartridges. You’ll work across mechanical and electrical systems, contributing to rapid development cycles with a strong focus on quality, reliability, and innovation.
What you’ll do:

- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and test results.
- Help keep the workspace organized, safe, and efficient.
What we’re looking for:
- Background in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
- Practical experience in prototyping, assembling, and testing hardware systems.
- Comfortable working across disciplines—mechanical, electrical, and fluidic.
- Problem-solving mindset and a drive for fast iteration and continuous improvement.
