We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Implementation Success Partner, Legal Technology to join our Professional Services team.
As an Implementation Success Partner, you will collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs, guide them through the implementation process, and ensure they achieve maximum value from our products. About the Role
In this opportunity as Implementation Success Partner, Legal Technology you will:
Be the face of Thomson Reuters Professional Services organization for the client. Build credibility for oneself and the organization. Play the role of a trusted technology advisor, influencer and partner for the client.
Build and maintain strong relationships with influential client contacts, through and after any project engagement.
Understand client’s strategic business and technology direction and be capable of advancing and influencing proposals on how Thomson Reuters may support these.
Work closely with Sales teams during the pre-sales process to give clients confidence and assurance on technology adoption
Drive upsell of Thomson Reuters products and services within the client organization. Constantly generate opportunities and referrals based on in-depth knowledge of client’s business landscape and priorities.
Work with Project Managers and all internal Thomson Reuters stakeholders to ensure highest quality delivery of projects, with highest customer satisfaction.
Work with stakeholders within the client organization to drive adoption and retention of Thomson Reuters products.
Work with Accounts Managers to help define and execute the Account Strategy for the client.
Keep clients updated on Thomson Reuters technologies and product roadmaps and ascertain potential prospects for future sales. Demonstrate market and product knowledge to the client in an insightful way.
Provide thought leadership to external audiences via presentations at conferences, participation in customer advisory board meetings, authoring white papers and similar activities.
Provide thought leadership to internal teams, influencing Solution Architecture, product development/enhancement, integrating various Thomson Reuters solutions and content.
About You
You’re a fit for the role of Implementation Success Partner, Legal Technology if your background includes:
Strong experience and understanding of Legal function in Corporates and Legal Firms
Experience in adopting or implementing technology in legal function in Firms or Corporates, with a good understanding of how technology can bring efficiencies and key challenges involved
Minimum of 12 years of experience in managing complex solutions for large and strategic customers
Minimum of 3 years of experience in assisting with business development and sales within an account, strategic planning and client management, along with working with a broad range of diverse stakeholders within a client organization.
Prior experience of engaging with and selling technology solutions to senior stakeholders
