In this role, you'll manage the technical aspects of aircraft transitions, focusing on documentation for smooth handovers of aircraft and engines. Your goal: ensure top standards for flawless transitions, setting new industry benchmarks.
- Act as the engineering focal point for all phase-out activities per SWISS processes
- Prepare, review, and ensure aircraft documentation meets redelivery requirements
- Oversee final documentation, aircraft status, and resolve open engineering queries, including necessary physical and /or financial actions
- Verify and approve Back to Birth (BTB) trace packs for Engine, Landing Gear and APU life-limited parts, per regulations
- Participate in meetings with lessors and project teams, providing engineering updates
- Minimize financial impact by leading negotiations with lessors for Engineering Items
- Provide recommendations for improving and developing technical process standards for aircraft transitions

- Goal-oriented with practical, problem-solving mindset
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Engineering or, in individual cases, proven equivalent qualifications in aviation
- Strong adherence to processes, applying structured and systematic approach to tasks and workflows
- Ability to analyze information effectively to make timely, well-informed decisions
- Team player with positive attitude, fostering collaborative work environment
- Quick adaptability to IT and EDP systems with proficiency in MsOffice applications
- Proven expertise in aircraft systems and strong analytical skills
- Basic understanding of economics and business administration
- Experience with Engineering modules in AMOS is a plus
- Excellent spoken and written English; German is an advantage
