Sales Assistant - Baden-Dättwil (AG), Switzerland

As a Sales Assistant, you will manage the office operations in Baden-Dättwil (including supporting the team members, maintaining dealer relationships and sales events). You will also support the sales team in all administrative matters (travel, finances, orders, etc.).

Your role

• Local hub function in close cooperation with management, sales and marketing team - as well as EMEA and Global Corporate level
• Support & advice for customers and visitors (dental practices, laboratories, universities, institutions) as well as employees - in person on site (showroom and office Dättwil), by phone, email, etc.
• Support of the management, sales and marketing team with general administrative tasks (appointment coordination, travel planning, office and mail handling)
• Management to implementation incl. responsibility:
  • within ERP, finance, HR, sales and marketing tools and platforms
  • of trade marketing incl. events and communication
  • of customer data incl. address management
• Implementation of employee on- and offboarding processes
• Coordination with building management and landlord

Your profile

• Idealy Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (EFZ) for commercial employees
• Several years of professional experience in an assistant position for upper management (ideally in a technical field or in marketing)
• Excellent communication skills in German (fluent) and very good knowledge of French and English (Italian an advantage)
• Excellent knowledge of Office applications (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• High motivation and solution-oriented approach
• Reliability and high sense of responsibility
• Conscientious and attentive nature
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathetic personality
• Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-growing and changing environment
• Ability to work independently
