We are on the lookout for a IT Product Owner for our Naples office, our primary service delivery hub.
The Product Owner will work closely with business and technical stakeholders as well as the colleagues from the Data and AI team on exiting transformation programs with particular focus on project delivery strategy, planning, actual execution of the plan, ensuring quality and time to market under time constraints. He/she will work both at tactical and strategic levels and will be responsible for support of mission-critical enterprise Data solutions, and design, development, implementation, and support of change requests (CRs) in Data and AI area.
•Work with business stakeholders to collect requirements for initiatives / CRs raised by business departments and their analysis to produce solution design with help of dedicated Business Analysts
•Be responsible of the delivery of analytics projects managing the time, budgets, quality, scope, and risks
•Certify project work meets all contractual service levels associated with functional and technical designs, quality assessment and incident resolution
•Ensure cross teams' coordination, the Product Owner is the single point of contact concerning her/his projects
•Provide regular feed-back on project (steering and operational committees)
•Guarantee the team follows standards for development tools/platforms/methodology/controls to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency in application development
•Communicate with line managers for resources assigned to his / her projects; monitor and evaluate the performance of development team members to help streamline tasks
•Lead and coordinate the solution implementation with the third-party vendors ensuring delivery of the project and alignment with the project strategy and the business case
•Work with globally distributed teams to analyse, trouble shoot and isolate root cause of critical delivery issues when they arise
•Work with internal and external teams throughout the project lifecycle (15 consultant)
•Facilitate periodic testing and implementation of contingency plans to confirm availability of applications in case of system failure
•Manage communication with all relevant stakeholders throughout project delivery
•Develop change and release documentation to support change management processes; documents procedures for deployment of products in a manner such that future deployments and re-deployments are repeatable with a high degree of success
•Research technologies and best practices to support continuous improvements in data quality and efficiency of data processes
•+7 years of experience in BI and Analytics domain
•Proven experiences in delivering full end-to-end Data Analytics solutions across multiple technologies
•Extensive experience with MS SQL and Azure cloud technologies; Oracle is an advantage
•Ability to identify risk, probability, impact and how to mitigate risks
•Capacity to manage multiple, concurrent projects, activities, and tasks in dynamic environment
•Strong critical / analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to facilitate and maintain stakeholder confidence in the decision-making processes driven by data analytics solutions
•Robust leadership skills and relationship management with a superior ability to make things happen using influence and negotiation with stakeholders
•Excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and written way
•Proactive team player with effective time management skills; ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines/projects and keep key players informed
•Fluent in English, both oral and written; any additional European language is an advantage.
•Degree in Computer Science, IT / IT management, or a comparable qualification in a technology or engineering discipline
•Deep knowledge in Revenue Management and Yield Management is a plus
•Right to work in Italy
