For the upcoming winter season (09.12.2024 – 12.03.2025), we are looking to support our team with a:
Chef de Rang, Breakfast (m/f/d)
Our Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist or several years of experience in service/5-star hospitality
- Good knowledge of food and beverages
- Creativity and passion for all aspects of gastronomy
- Excellent language skills in English (any additional language is an advantage)
- Enjoyment of diverse tasks and flexibility
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to go the "extra mile" to provide guests with an exceptional stay
Your responsibilities
- Provide attentive service to guests during breakfast
- Take and manage orders accurately
- Demonstrate knowledge of the breakfast menu
- Set and maintain elegant table settings
- Build rapport with guests and address special requests
- Collaborate with kitchen and management staff
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Ensure all food and beverage items meet quality standards
