For the Battery Electrodes and Cells group we are looking for a
Your tasks
- Fundamental and applied research on lithium-ion battery electrodes and interfaces
- Characterization of electrodes, electrolytes, additives and their interfaces
- Methodology development for battery characterization by OEMS and advanced imaging
- Publishing research results in peer-reviewed scientific journals and presenting at national and international conferences
- Collaboration with project partners within the Swiss-Latvian project
Your profile
- You have a degree in chemistry, physics or materials science, preferably experience related to rechargeable batteries
- You are interested in experimental work and strive to publish highest quality results
- You are curious and highly motivated by scientific knowledge, like working in collaborative environment and have excellent communication skills
- Excellent command in English is required
