We are looking for an experienced Talent Attraction Specialist to join our Zürich office, starting in April 2025 or by arrangement. In this role, you will be a crucial part of our rapid growth journey by supporting the recruitment process of high-calibre management consultants.
What you will do
As part of our international talent attraction team, you will be responsible for the full end-to-end candidate lifecycle, acting as the first point of contact and trusted partner throughout the process for our candidates.
Your work will cover:
- Local stakeholder management with hiring managers from our practices to translate their hiring needs into concrete sourcing strategies
- International stakeholder management to lead recruitment initiatives across our different offices
- Professional handling and use of various recruiting channels, such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Building and maintaining networks with potential candidates in collaboration with our departments
- Working closely with HQ and other locations to further develop our talent and employer branding strategy
- Supporting us with various HR-related tasks

What you will bring
As our new colleague, you will become part of our international talent attraction team, collaborating closely with skilled colleagues across all our offices. To thrive in this role, a good starting point would be if you:
- Have previously worked in a similar role as an in-house recruiter or recruitment consultant, ideally in a consulting company
- Have significant experience in executive search, a recruitment agency, or an internal talent acquisition position focused on candidate sourcing
- Have an in-depth understanding of the Swiss or DACH job market and experience with Swiss HR-related topics
- Are a team player with high social competence and are accustomed to reliable, self-responsible, and structured work
- Have excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude
- Have a positive mindset to attract the best talent for Implement
- Have excellent English and German language skills, both written and spoken, and hold a valid work permit for Switzerland
- Are curious about our Scandinavian corporate culture with flat hierarchies and a lot of autonomy
