Talent (HR) Generalist

Our Talent (HR) team is expanding with the growth of On, and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our growing team. You will have the opportunity collaborate as part of the BP team on a variety of people-related topics. This role is for someone continuously seeking new and improved ways of working in the Business Partner space.

Your Mission

• You will be the first point of contact for day-to-day questions and support through responding to Talent tickets, closely collaborating with Talent Business Partners.

• You will manage team member changes (systems changes and contract addendums), support with local documents & ensure data accuracy through data audits in Workday for your assigned area

• You will evaluate, drive process, guidelines and workflow optimisation - always looking for opportunities to streamline and improve

• Act as a member of the Talent BP team supporting the BP client group assigned with core Talent processes/milestones, e.g. salary review, engagement survey, integrated team planning process, 9-box calibration, etc. and ad hoc projects as assigned
