What you will do

• Advise the business regarding future skills, optimal sourcing channels, interviewing and assessment best practices while balancing the needs of a diverse workforce and promoting internal development and progression.

• Actively support and encourage a behaviour-based, fact-based, objective selection process.

• Create a constantly updated recruiting pipeline for key skills utilizing active sourcing via traditional and innovative channels, with attention to providing a diverse pool of high potential candidates.

• Deliver against organizational goals of hiring the best talent by eliminating bias and supporting flexibility in location, process and contract type.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert to continually inform and improve the recruiting process, ensuring an exceptional candidate and manager experience.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders, supporting teams and third-party suppliers to drive an effective delivery of services, as measured against metrics and KPI’s.

What you bring

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR-related qualification

• 8+ years’ experience in a combination of external recruitment and in-house hiring

• Ability to engage with and advise senior stakeholders (including at Leadership level)

• A team player who is driven to go the extra mile to provide an exceptional service to all stakeholders

• Strong English language communication skills, both written and spoken

• Experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting and recruiting experience within Financial Services or the Insurance industry is a plus
