We are seeking an IT Service & Business Analyst to join our team. This role is essential for identifying and analyzing business requirements, overseeing the design of solutions, and ensuring the seamless implementation and continuous improvement of IT systems and processes. Special focus are Mergers & Acquisition activities in IT.

Your tasks

• Business Requirements Analysis: Identify and analyze business requirements to understand the impact of changes in IT systems
• Solution Design: Contribute to or orchestrate solution design procedures and oversee the com-pany's implementation process end-to-end to ensure alignment with business requirements and IT strategy
• Process Improvement: Recommend system and process changes and collaborate with IT and business partners to implement these changes
• Documentation: Create detailed business analysis documents, including project plans, business requirements documents, and functional specifications
• Project Management: Prioritize and manage IT-related projects based on business requirements
• Post-Carve-out Activities: Ensure data migration, system integration, risk management, and ef-fective communication and change management
• TSA Contract Execution Coordination: Oversee contract management, project planning, re-source allocation, and performance monitoring
• Technical Implementation: Implement process automation, develop and customize IT systems, ensure quality assurance, manage incidents, and monitor solution effectiveness

Your profile

• Good understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
• Outstanding communication and coordination skills
• Strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external service providers
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German is an advantage
