To strengthen our team, starting January 1st, 2025 or by arrangement, we are looking for a
Director of Revenues
- Revenue and profit optimization through regular analysis of demand and pricing in the Rooms, C&B, Gastronomy, and MICE sectors, as well as the Spa, with recommendations on pricing, offerings, booking policies, terms and conditions, online presence, and more. This list is not exhaustive.
- Regular competitor analysis
- Efficient yield management; creation of statistics and forecasts; analysis of all market-relevant data, revenue-related factors, and customer behavior
- In collaboration with the management, Sales & Marketing, Reservations, DOR/FOM, and F&B departments, ensure the highest possible RevPAR, TRevPAR, RevPAC, and optimal F&B yield
- Regular updating of the relevant systems (webpage, PMS, CRS, channel manager, yield systems, etc.)
- Strategic planning and implementation of all distribution channels, including digital marketing related to the website, partnership marketing, and online marketing (SEO, SEM, and eCommerce). Utilization of all possible distribution channels
- Analysis of planned seasonal and limited-time events at the resort
You hold a degree from a recognized hotel management school and a commercial/business education with a particular strength in numbers. You have several years of experience as a Revenue Manager in large 4* or 5* hotels, either in Switzerland or abroad. Your exceptionally strong analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and your team- and goal-oriented working style with assertiveness set you apart. You are highly skilled in using various hotel systems (Synxis, Opera PMS on premise & Opera Cloud, Windows, Excel, Word, Channel Managers, Yield Management systems, MS SharePoint, IBE setup). Your command of English is at least at a C1 level, both written and spoken. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation abilities, and a professional appearance are a matter of course for you.
