SCHURTER is looking for a new team member of his leadership team with customer focus. In this role you will secure a high quality and high standards over the whole value stream. With your team your support the operational excellence over the life cycle of our products.

Your Challenges

• Lead the Global Quality team and ensure consistent quality processes across all the production sites

• Direct on-site Quality-Team Lead of our plant in Lucerne

• Ensure the achievement of global quality KPIs

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards

• Further develop the global quality strategy aligned with the company's business objectives

• Continuously improvement and maintain of a robust corporate Quality Management System

• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction

• Foster a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement

• Drive quality initiatives supporting operational excellence over all group companies

• Provide effective leadership support, training, and mentorship to the Quality organization

• Implement and execute global sustainability initiatives, ensuring compliance with HSE standards

• Build and maintain strong relationships with all internal/external stakeholders

Your Qualifications

• Technical background with further education in quality management

• Knowledge and preferably auditor for different norms

• Senior leadership role in quality with intercultural competence

• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute quality strategies

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with hands-on mentality

• In-depth expertise in quality processes

• Excellent communication with ability to influence and inspire teams on all levels

• Independent working ability with strong ownership to deliver results

• Proven track record of managing complex projects and cross-functional collaboration

• Fluent in English, with basic proficiency in German
