We’re seeking a Digital Business Analyst to lead digital transformation and growth for our clients, with a deep analytical background and understanding of the Swiss business landscape and its unique challenges.
You'll be working across teams to identify growth opportunities for our clients, including marketing and sales-related opportunities, but also digital product and tech possibilities. You'll work closely with the senior account and project managers and partners at what. Our team is distributed globally, allowing you to be part of an exciting multi-cultural team.

Data analytics skills and tech savviness: out of the available data and given client briefing you are able to derive insights and a growth strategy going forward. This requires an analytics proven track record, especially with digital campaigns and assets (i.e. websites, web applications, mobile apps) as well as experience with digital KPIs, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and emerging AI tools.

Entrepreneurial - ability to understand various business models.

Strategic and Forward-Thinking: Background in a digital analyst role or strategy consulting. Able to leverage data and creative thinking to deliver innovative solutions that drive holistic transformation.

Client-Focused and Empathetic: Skilled at understanding business complexities, and guiding recipients with presentations toward impactful change.

Seeing big picture: Confident in pulling cross-functional resources and synthesising specialist contributions into a cohesive strategy.

Digital marketing experience in at least selected channels (e.g. SEO, SEA, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Social Media), deep knowledge in at least 2-3 channels

Creative solutions - track record in finding innovative and unusual ways to solve problems and create growth.

Reporting & Storytelling: Strong skills in creating and delivering presentations, using clear language and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities:

Identifying opportunities for digital innovation and creating digital strategies incl. a roadmap for the clients to follow in the next 6-24 months: what you suggest the team will implement, that’s why it’s crucial that you give the right advice. These so-called assessments are our acquisition tool and will onboard prospects to becoming clients.

Data-Driven and AI-Enhanced Strategy Development: Analyse data from varied sources (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, sales metrics) to provide actionable, AI-driven insights. Develop digital roadmaps that set clear goals for business growth, operational efficiency, and digital transformation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with channel specialists, product owners, software engineers and technology consultants to deliver comprehensive strategies.
