As an intern, you will be a key player in our Business Intelligence (BI) & Analytics Team, engaging in 1-2 substantial projects that allow you to develop and implement your own solutions. We value an independent and entrepreneurial mindset as you:

• Ensure timely performance and quality reporting within the operations domain.
• Support data-driven steering of internal and external service providers.
• Identify and moderate data-related requirements from various business and operational stakeholders.
• Develop customized BI solutions, including dynamic reports and subject-based analytics.
• Support and facilitate the design of the Operations data environment.
• Collaborate across domains and engage in projects within SWISS as well as the Lufthansa Group

• Workload Specification: For this position, an 100% workload is preferred.
• University degree or an “HF” Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education with a quantitative focus in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or similar
• Applied Knowledge in SQL and advanced skills in one programming language (e.g. R, Python) are required
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
• Experience with cloud-based computing platform (e.g., Microsoft Azure) is a plus
• Strategic thinking and the ability to translate analytical findings into commercial benefits.
• Very good spoken and written English skills, fluent German is a plus
