Your tasks

• You analyze our clients' challenges and identify requirements in UX workshops (e.g., creating user journeys, formulating user stories).
• You work in the areas of interaction design and visual design in the development of new or the redesign of existing digital products.
• You work in cross-functional project teams with designers, frontend developers, backend developers, and our clients.
• You develop aesthetic visual design languages and have a passion for good design. Your solutions are visually thoughtful and evoke emotions.
• You work according to the Atomic Design principles. You create component libraries and visual style guides or customize existing ones through theming.
• You accompany the product development process from ideation to realization and ensure high design quality with colleagues from quality assurance.

Your profile

• You have at least 4 years of experience in a UI and UX design role.
• Your passion is digital applications and their design, and you like to stay up-to-date with design and tech trends.
• You have knowledge of common programs like FIGMA as well as prototyping and agile tools (whiteboard tools like Mural or Miro).
• You communicate professionally, openly, and clearly at different levels in both German and English.
• You are open-minded, enjoy interdisciplinary teamwork, and perform your tasks with passion.
• You are proficient in the practical application of user-centered design processes, design thinking, and user research.
• Experience in IT-projects is a plus, as well as experience from working for a full service IT provider.
