We are looking for a Sustainability Programme Management Partner who is inspiring, autonomous and structured to join us in our Bulle Site Support team, based in our site in Bulle, Switzerland.
About the role
As a sustainability Programme Management Partner you will integrate sustainability practices into the business activities and growth plans of our site, harmonize the programme management of various sustainability initiatives, and deliver strategic programmes that align with our vision for a sustainable future.
Who you’ll work with
Reporting to the Head of Bulle Site Support, you will be part of a dynamic team of 5 colleagues who work on strategic programmes for the site.
What you’ll do
- Serve as the central point of contact for Group Sustainability (Sustainability Champion).
- Deploy the sustainability strategy in alignment with the Group and Head of Site Support.
- Coordinate the sustainability governance, including the Sustainability Steering Committee and related committees.
- Lead the "Green Programme" for environmental sustainability, ensuring roadmap deployment, objective achievement, and performance measurement.
- Lead the "DEI Programme" ensuring roadmap deployment, objective achievement, and performance measurement.
- Lead and launch the “Ethics programme”; define programme and governance including topic of social impact and human rights, ensure launch of roadmap and definition of programme objectives.
- Define and implement internal and external sustainability communication plans, create educational support, and represent UCB Suisse in relevant sustainability networks, forums, and events.
- Support the Head of Site support in the deployment of strategic programmes supporting the growth of the site
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
- Master’s degree and around 3-5 years’ experience in consulting or another related field
- Significant project and programme experience
- Good analytical and data management skills
- Strong communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics, team player with open and pro-active mindset sense of prioritization and resistant to stress
- Passion for Sustainability topics (e.g. environmental, social)
- Good understanding of sustainability risks and opportunities
- Knowledge of evolving regulatory context in terms of Sustainability
- Fluent in French and English.
