Role Summary
As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving sales and delivering solutions by providing technical expertise, building strong client and partner relationships, and supporting our sales team. Your primary focus will be on understanding client needs, designing tailored cybersecurity solutions, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership during trials, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and complex demos, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Solution Design and Delivery:
Work closely with clients to architect and design tailored cybersecurity solutions that address their specific needs.
Prepare detailed technical specifications and requirements documentation to support proposed solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to understand their offerings and collaborate on joint opportunities.
Assist partners in technically qualifying solutions and providing the necessary support to drive sales.
Share knowledge and best practices with partners to enhance their ability to promote and implement our solutions.
