What you bring
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience or strong interest in the spa and wellness sector, ideally in a luxury environment
- Service-oriented and friendly demeanor
- Full professional English required; any other language is an asset
- Polished manners and a well-groomed appearance
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Passion for providing exceptional guest experiences
Your tasks
- Welcome spa guests and provide support before and after treatments
- Handle reservations, offer consultations, and sell various treatment options
- Manage daily correspondence and respond to inquiries promptly
- Perform general administrative tasks to support spa operations
- Oversee and sell products in the spa's own shop
- Record and account for all services provided, followed by daily reconciliation
- Assist in and ensure the daily preparation and maintenance of the spa area
