Job Summary:
This role offers an excellent career opportunity for a talented and ambitious tax professional to take on challenging yet rewarding responsibilities in group tax reporting and OECD Pillar II/GloBE implementation. The primary focus of this role will be ensuring compliance with Pillar II requirements and managing group IFRS tax reporting across over 200 entities in 60 jurisdictions.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in tax accounting and tax reporting, with a solid understanding of direct tax matters and Pillar II regulations. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, ownership of key tax reporting responsibilities, and the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements (OECD, IASB) into practical solutions.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
OECD Pillar II Implementation & Reporting :

Lead the ongoing implementation and compliance of Pillar II within the Group.

Oversee the continuous preparation of Pillar II computations and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Design and refine Pillar II processes, and reporting tools to enhance efficiency.

Identify and implement automation and digitization opportunities to streamline existing Pillar II data collection and reporting.

Collaborate with Group and Regional Finance to assess data quality, address gaps, and improve reporting accuracy.

Evaluate the impact of business restructuring and corporate initiatives under Pillar II regulations.

Conduct internal training and educational sessions for regional finance and tax teams on Pillar II compliance.
Group Tax Reporting:

Support external tax reporting and internal forecasting processes which includes but is not limited to tax rate reconciliation, cash tax paid, top-up tax, income tax expense, and deferred taxes.

Ensure accurate provisioning and consolidation of tax positions in the Group’s financial statements (IFRS).

Work closely with internal finance teams and external auditors to address tax accounting issues.

Collaborate with Regional and Local Finance to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant tax reporting.

Assist international subsidiaries with technical tax accounting questions and IFRS compliance.

Contribute to the preparation and publication of CbCR (Country-by-Country Reporting) and ESG materials.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law or a related field

Certified Tax Accountant, Certified Tax Expert or similar professional qualification welcomed
Work Experience:
-
Minimum of 5 (ideally 7-10) years’ relevant experience in tax reporting and tax accounting with a focus on multinational enterprises, ideally inhouse or with a Big4 accounting firm.

Strong knowledge of OECD Pillar II regulations and IFRS tax reporting standards. (Additional training and external courses will be supported to enhance expertise.)

Proven project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
Technical Skills:

Strong analytical ability and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Ability to interpret and apply OECD regulations to real-world tax reporting scenarios.

Experience with IFRS financial reporting and consolidation systems (HFM and SAP preferred).

Knowledge of tax software (e.g., Amana GTC) and automation and data analytics tools (Azure SQL, KNIME, Alteryx, PowerBI) is a plus.
Language / Communication Skills:

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Additional proficiency in German or French is a plus.
