As a Sheet Metal Specialist - Manual Operations you will rework different types of engine parts. Main tasks are assembling and disassembling of engine parts for reworking and inspection operations. Furthermore riveting, installing bushings and helicoids take paft of the manual operations just as airproof inspections of tubes.
Your tasks
- Perform manual mechanical processing of various complex engine parts with high attention to detail
- Independently manage time-sensitive tasks and conduct post-work inspections to ensure top-quality results
- Execute riveting, helicoil installations, and mount new bushings to exact specifications
- Carry out essential sheet metal work, replace nuts and bolts, and handle assembly and disassembly of engine components
- Conduct pressure testing on tubes, hoses, and ducts to ensure their integrity and performance
- Perform in-process inspections to ensure all reworked parts comply with regulatory standards
- Focus on balancing time, cost, and quality to achieve optimal results in every task
- Maximize productivity by ensuring efficient use of resources and maintaining a high level of output
- Maintain strict adherence to industry standards, practices, and processes
- Contribute to the ongoing development of shop processes to improve quality, safety, and cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality regulations
- Apply 5S principles to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Working in a two-shift system
Your Profile
- Technical apprenticeship as a sheet metal worker or metalworker
- Ability to work autonomously and with great accuracy
- High reliability and attention to detail
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- Germanskills B1+
- Basic IT knowledge
