Java Software Engineer (80-100%)

Then, our agile and motivated DevOps Engineering Team wants to hear from you. Our goal is to develop and maintain technological products of high quality for our Repo customers.
What You Will Do
- ensure stable operation by providing production support of the CO:RE system, REPO Trading Platform, as a member of the DevOps team
- work in an agile team to analyze and develop new features and improvements
- create and maintain all technical documents
- contribute to the implementation of DevOps concepts
- on call duty service (approx. 5-6 weeks/year)
What You Bring
- Extensive Experience: You possess over 5 years of experience in developing and implementing modern 3-layer web architectures using Java technologies such as Messaging, Spring, Quarkus, JEE, and Hibernate/JPA
- Modern Development Practices: You are proficient in utilizing contemporary software development concepts and tools, including Scrum, Docker, OpenShift, CI/CD, and Domain-driven Design
- Production Support Expertise: You have prior experience in providing on-call production support, adhering to ITIL principles such as incident and change management
- Problem-Solving Skills: You excel under pressure, demonstrating a result-oriented and analytical mindset that enables you to quickly identify and resolve issues
- Team Collaboration: You are highly motivated, a team player, and possess strong interpersonal skills that facilitate effective collaboration
- Language Proficiency: You are fluent in both verbal and written English, with German language skills being an added advantage
