With established locations at Paradeplatz and Zurich Main Station, we are now looking to expand our team at Main Station. As part of this growth, we are looking for a visionary Pastry Chef to craft an innovative pastry selection that complements our matcha offering.

The Role

We seek a dynamic and creative Pastry Chef who loves to push boundaries. You’ll experiment with flavors, refine textures and design pastries that not only taste exceptional but also look stunning. This is your opportunity to shape a menu that fuses artistry with innovation, all while working closely with the founders.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute high-end pastries that align with The Matcha Club’s aesthetic.
• Innovate, test and perfect new recipes with a modern and creative approach.
• Collaborate with the founders to curate a standout pastry selection.
• Ensure flawless presentation and consistency in every creation.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized workspace.
• Adhere to Swiss hygiene standards, including HACCP regulations.

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of experience in pastry making or baking.
• A passion for pushing creative boundaries in flavors and design.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail.
• A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
• Commitment to excellence in both craft and customer experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
