As a Solution Consultant/Analyst in our global SherpaX SI 3S CPQ project, you will continue to shape and implement the foundation of a state-of-the-art IT platform for the offering business in Smart Infrastructure (SI). Together with the agile team, the Product Owner, the Solution Architect, the Product Manager, and the development team, you will act as the bridge between the business and the IT team, defining the requirements and user stories for the new SF RLM CPQ solution. Integrations and information management from disparate information systems within the Siemens SI IT application landscape, including interfaces to ERP and other systems, will play a key role in enabling end-to-end business processes.

Your new responsibilities:

• Identifying and eliciting SI CPQ business needs
• Researching, planning, and explaining requirements to Product Owners and developers while overseeing the progress and quality of the project
• Acting as a bridge between the business and the IT team
• Collaborating closely with the SI 3S CPQ architect to develop smart and efficient IT solutions
• Breaking down business features into actionable, manageable user stories
• Working within an Agile SAFe framework
• Supporting the evolution of the functional solution architecture

Your talents and experience:

• Several years of experience as a Solutions Consultant with Salesforce CPQ+
• Knowledge of SFDC development and/or administration is a plus
• Experience in defining features and user stories in at least one large-scale SDLC international project, preferably in the CPQ domain
• Experience presenting design solutions to Product Owners or decision-makers and effectively communicating ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to orchestrate internal and external teams on topics such as interfaces and processes, leading to commonly agreed solutions
• Experience in an Agile, DevOps, and Scrum environment
• Proven team player with experience in an international setting
• A pragmatic mindset with a strong output orientation
• Strong focus on Siemens quality guidelines for both products and processes
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written); German is a plus
