As a Procurement team we:
Ensure the seamless flow of goods, materials, and services to meet business needs while driving cost efficiency, quality, and sustainability. Our team works cross-functionally with departments like Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing, ensuring optimal purchasing decisions and fostering strategic supplier relationships.
Joining us as a Procurement Buyer, you will:
Take ownership of indirect procurement categories, ensuring continuity and quality in our supply chain. You’ll play a vital role in negotiating contracts, optimizing procurement processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve cost savings and operational excellence.
Our new team member needs to:
- Have a commercial or technical degree.
- Bring at least 3 years of experience in procurement. It would be a plus, if the background is related with Logistics in Swiss market.
- Be fluent in English (written and verbal). German is preferrable, not a must.
- Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Show dynamism, motivation, and a proactive approach to professional growth.
- Possess project management, planning, and organizational capabilities.
- Have basic knowledge of accounting and financial analysis.
- Experience with SAP/R3 is a plus.

- You consistently meet business requirements by securing goods and services at optimal cost, quality, and delivery standards.
- You excel at supplier negotiations and uncover cost-saving opportunities while ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
- You proactively monitor and analyze market trends within your assigned categories.
- You efficiently manage operational procurement processes and maintain data accuracy in procurement systems, including PIRs and catalogs.
- You contribute to cross-functional projects, enhancing procurement workflows and supporting product launches and promotional activities.
