Your Responsibilities
- Human Resources Administration:
- Draft and manage employment contracts, amendments, and supplementary agreements
- Coordinate and execute onboarding procedures for new employees
- Organize and document exit interviews and offboarding activities
- Maintain and update employee records and personal data
- Payroll Processing:
- Prepare, process, and verify monthly payroll operations, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations
- Manage variable compensation elements, bonuses, and special payments
- Communicate with social security institutions, tax authorities, and external service providers
- Collaboration and responsibility for year-end duties and audits
- Ensure adherence to all pertinent tax and social security regulations
- Employee Support and Consultation:
- Serve as the primary contact for staff regarding HR and payroll inquiries
- Assist in the development and enhancement of HR processes and systems
- Participate in HR projects and special assignments
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in HR administration and payroll processing
- In-depth knowledge of labor law, social security legislation and tax regulations
- Fluency in German, English and French, both written and spoken
- Confident use of HR tools and systems as well as MS Office, particularly Excel
- Discretion, reliability, and a methodical approach to work
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
