Fondation Botnar is a philanthropic foundation dedicated to improving the wellbeing of young people in urban and digital spaces worldwide. Through targeted investments and innovative projects, it brings together actors from various sectors, fostering dialogue and partnerships. As part of the further development of its digital transformation strategy, we are looking for a committed and visionary personality as

Additionally, you will develop and manage strategic partnerships and projects, represent the foundation in global stakeholder and policy dialogues, and stay up to date on developments in areas such as digital rights, digital public goods, infrastructure, and governance. Furthermore, you will actively involve young people in the design and implementation of programs.
With a master’s degree in public policy, Digital Economics, Political Economy, Social Sciences, or a related field, and at least seven years of experience leading programs or projects, ideally in international development cooperation, you possess deep knowledge of digital technologies and AI and understand their impact on innovation, access, and governance. You have excellent communication skills in English, with German or French being an advantage. International travel is required.
